Woke up in the afternoon and went to Sean's condo and chill for awhile while we're talking bout her and stuff.

Cheer up. You can have a tea with your friends everyday or go drinking with them to lose stress or let go your emotions. Don't ever ever keep it. It'll make you fall ill and get sickness. I went for counselling and this is what I learnt.
